Assam State Housing Board Recruitment Details –

1. Junior Assistant (Head Quarter)
   • No. of posts: 07
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University.
     • Must possess Diploma in Computer Application minimum for six months from a recognized Institute.
2. Junior Assistant (District Level)
   • No. of posts: 10
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,200/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Bachelor Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University.
     • Must possess Diploma in Computer Application minimum for six months from a recognized Institute.
3. Accounts Assistant (District Level)
   • No. of posts: 05
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Bachelor Degree in Commerce from a recognized university
     • Must possess Diploma in Computer Application for minimum six months from a recognized institute
     • Knowledge in Accounts keeping with Tally latest version is also required.
4. Junior Engineer (Civil)
   • No. of posts: 09
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,300/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Central / State Government. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of 3 years.
5. Junior Engineer (Electrical)
   • No. of post: 01
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,300/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an institution recognized by the Central / State Government. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of 3 years.
6. Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
   • No. of posts: 03
   • Salary: Rs. 12,000 – 40,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 3,300/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Central / State Government. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of 3 years with AutoCAD knowledge.
7. Sectional Assistant
   • No. of posts: 06
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,200/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Minimum educational qualification is HSSLC or equivalent from a recognized Board.
     • Must possess 3 month Diploma in General Works Supervisor from a Govt. Recognized Housing Development Institute and NCVT.
8. Mandal
   • No. of post: 01
   • Salary: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 2,200/- pm.
   • Age: 18-44 years (as on 01.01.2018)
   • Education Qualifications:
     • Minimum H.S.L.C. examination or equivalent examination with 6(Six) months Recorders’ Course Class Certificate from the Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.

Selection Procedure –

Written Test & Computer Proficiency Test: Details of the written test & computer proficiency test will be uploaded in the website and will also be published in the News Paper.

After the written examination, applicants will be merit wise shortlisted based on a ratio 1:4 and will be called for Computer Proficiency Test for the Posts mentioned at advertisement form serial 1, 2, 3.
