Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation from a Govt recognized Institute/Board.
Age: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years. (Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST and 03 years in case of OBC Candidates)
Age Relaxation
- Age Relaxation applicable as per Rules
- SC /ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PwDs UR-10 years, OBC – 13 (10+3) years, SC/ST – 15 (10+5) years etc.
- ESM UR-03 years after deduction of the Military Service rendered from the actual age as on the closing date
- Similarly, for OBC-06(03+03)years, SC/ST-08(03+05) years
- For Central Govt.Employees – 40 years (45 years for SC/ST) Central Govt.Employees who have rendered not less than three (03) years continuous service on regular

Selection Process: The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Shortlisting and Written Examination.
Scheme of Written Exam
- All shortlisted/eligible candidates will have to appear in the written examination consisting of objective type questions based on the Essential qualifications, as mentioned at Para 4 above and the question paper will be in English covering aspects as below:
- General Intelligence / Awareness and Reasoning – 20 Maxi. Marks
- Numerical Aptitude – 20Maxi. Marks
- General English – 20Maxi. Marks
- Awareness in relevant Trade/Field – 40Maxi. Marks
