Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) is going to conduct compartmental examination 2018for all students who are failed to succeed in main examination as a 2nd chance. Students who was appeared in HSLC/ AHM Examination 2018 but they were not passed. Candidates who are failed in Maximum 3 subjects and minimum 170 marks aggregate they are eligible for this examination.
The following points are to be noted carefully :
i) The Compartmental Examination, 2018(single chance) will commence from 21st July to 24th July, 2018.
ii) Schedule for Online filling up of Application forms through respective schools will start from 01/06/2018 to 10/06/2018.
iii) The Examination Fees of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only shall have to be paid for each subject, through system generated challan of Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd.and Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only as centre fees per student.
iv) The Expenditure of the centre shall be reimbursed by the SEBA to the Centre-in-Charge and the Centre-in-Charge will not collect centre fee from the students.
v) The Compartmental Examination shall be only for Theory Paper.
vi) The marks of Internal Assessment and Practical Examination obtained in the subject in the HSLC/AHM Examination, 2018 will carry over for the subject appeared in the Compartmental Examination.
vii) The list of centres for holding Compartmental Examination will be notified in the portal. The schools have to give choice for the centre in the online portal itself, while filling up of the forms of students.
viii) The successful candidates will get a composite fresh Marks-Sheet incorporating the marks obtained by them in the Compartmental Examination.
How To Apply Online
The online application process for SEBA’s compartmental examination 2018 was started and authorities will be able to login by their user ID and Password which was provided during the SEBA Students Registration 2018. Here we want to notify that students don’t need to fill their form by themselves it will be field by your school authority (i.e principal or head master).
