Director of Health Services, Assam was recently released its written test examination result which was conducted for selecting candidates for the recruitment of several grade-III posts of Dresser, Pharmacist, Radiographer, Lab. Tech. Candidates who appeared written test agaist the recruitment of DHS as per Advertisement No. Janasanyog / D / 10846/ 17, dated — 16/12/2017 and Janasanyog / D / 14146 /17, dated – 6/3/2018. DHS Assam Result 2018 Details
Candidates who are selected for skill test need to carry the following documents while visiting the skill test centre.
List of Documents in original are to be produced during verification and a set of photocopies are to be submitted during skill test:-
- Admit Card.
- Academic Qualification.
- Age Proof Certificate.
- Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- Caste Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Person with disabilities certificate (if any)
- Registration Certificate (Pharmacist, Lab. Tech, Radiographer, Pharmacist (Ayur), Dresser (where applicable)
- And other relevant documents, etc.
