he final list of National Register of Citizens (NRC), which would constitute the status of every individual in Assam, will be available online from September 14.
The announcement was made by NRC state coordinator Prateek Hajela earlier this week.
The official further stated that the final list, which was published on August 31, consisted only of supplementary lists and several queries were being received about the publication of overall results of all family members “irrespective of their involvement in the claims and objections process”.
This online list comes after the central government on August 31 released the final list in which more than 19 lakh people were excluded.
