1. Assistant Manager (Human Resource)
No. of post: 06 (Gen:3; SC:1 ;OBC:2)
Qualifications: 2 years Full Time MBA course/MSW/MA (PM&IR) / Equivalent Full Time Post Graduate Diploma with specialisation in Human Resource/Personnel.
Age limit: 3-30 years as on 01/01/2018. Relaxation in age as per rules.
Stipend: Rs. 30000/- during the training period. On successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 20600-46500 plus DA.
2. Assistant Manager (sales & Marketing)
No. of post: 15 (Gen:8; SC:2; ST:1 ; OBC:4)
Qualification: 2 years Full-Time MBA course / Equivalent Full-Time Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in.
Age limit: 3-30 years as on 01/01/2018. Relaxation in age as per rules.
Stipend: Rs. 30000/- during the training period. On successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 20600-46500 plus DA.
3. Assistant Manager (Finance )/ JAO

Qualification:
(i) Passed CA/ICWA.

(ii) Commerce Graduate with an intermediate pass in CA and with a minimum of five years experience gained after possessing the qualifications in reputed Public/Private Limited Company will also be eligible.
